Chapter # 123

ASIS International is an association dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals worldwide by developing educational programs and materials, conducting advocacy, and administering certification programs in security management, investigations and case management, and physical security.

Dear Akron/Canton ASIS Members,

As many of you know we are in the process of revamping and significantly improving our Akron/Canton ASIS Chapter for 2010. We have elected a new slate of officers and our entire 2010 schedule is now in place with all the speakers being finalized in January.

Additionally, we are in the process of revamping our web site and we will be keeping everyone up to date each month with regular announcements by e-mail.

Don’t forget our meetings have moved to Prestwick Country Club from 7:30 to 9:15 AM. We will have a HOT buffet breakfast including eggs, bacon, toast, juice, coffee, etc. and a great speaker. Law Enforcement and Guests are $10, members are $20.

January is "Bring a Guest Free Month"

We were able to keep the Local Dues the same at $25.00 per person and would appreciate your prompt payment.
